Caley Ferguson
Director of Manufacturing
After attending the University of Western Ontario for business, and Fanshawe College for a post-graduate marketing diploma, Caley joined his father in the family business. As the fourth-generation Ferguson at Northern, his roles include HR, customer relations, and finance. He and his daughters Cooper and Piper love travelling and meeting new people, but can often be found at the hockey rink. Caley is excited for the future of Northern Casket and looks forward to meeting and serving everyone in the funeral profession.

Chris Ferguson
Manager of Distribution
Christopher and his wife Tonya were married in 2024 on the beach in Jamaica, surrounded by friends and family. They have two dogs, Boss and Keyla, who they love and consider kids. Chris enjoys golf, baseball, bowling, and the summer, as well as long weekends up at the cottage in Haliburton. As logistics manager, his main duty is to ensure the safe and timely delivery of our product to our valued clients, and to handle customer service along the way.

Michelle O'Reilly
Office Manager
Michelle joined Northern Casket in 2004 and quickly became a valuable part of the customer service team. She has cross-trained in all facets of the Northern Casket office, including payroll, customer service, order entry, and accounts receivable and payable. Mother to three and grandmother to three, she loves spending her free time with her fur babies, family, and friends when she is not dispatching for Poppa Ed's taxi.

Kirsty joined the Northern Casket office team in 2018, bringing many years of customer service experience to the Order Desk. Mother of three and grandmother of three, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, and practicing yoga when not working at our local Boston Pizza.

Evan Lang
Controller & Engineering
Evan began with Northern Casket in 2004, when it became clear that new processes and systems were needed to keep up with the times. His ingenuity and attention to detail have helped Northern Casket keep pace with new technologies and products while maintaining a strict level of quality. Evan and Angie have four kids that keep them extremely busy.

Rick Eades
Production Manager
Rick joined Northern in 1990 and quickly moved up through all departments, giving him a wealth of Northern Casket product and service knowledge. After many years in the trim department and on the road as a delivery driver, Rick is also part of Northern's on-call team. He is very passionate about his other job as a Kawartha Lakes volunteer firefighter.

Director of Sales and Business Development
Brent Quinton is an experienced funeral service professional with 25 years as a licensed funeral director and a career dedicated to serving and supporting the funeral profession. Throughout his career, Brent has built strong relationships within the funeral service community and is recognized for his practical knowledge, industry experience, and commitment to helping funeral professionals find products and solutions that meet the needs of their businesses and the families they serve. Brent currently resides in Ajax, Ontario, with his wife and their two children. Outside of his professional career, he enjoys spending time with his family at the cottage and fishing with friends when he has time.

Mathieu Gauthier brings a strong and diverse background in funeral services, sales, business development, and client relationship management. Mathieu lives just east of Ottawa with his wife and their young daughter. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and competing in BBQ competitions with his father. His passion for BBQ has taken him to competitions throughout the region, where he enjoys the combination of teamwork, competition, and the pursuit of excellence. Mathieu looks forward to building on his experience in the funeral profession and sales while developing strong relationships with clients and partners.

Blaine Kitchen joined Northern Casket in 2019, bringing a lifelong connection to the company and the Lindsay community. Having grown up locally and worked at Northern Casket as a summer student in his youth, Blaine has a longstanding understanding of Northern Casket and its people. With more than 30 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, and entrepreneurship, he brings extensive experience in building markets and developing relationships across North America. At Northern Casket, Blaine has played an important role in developing U.S. and international sales and strengthening relationships within the funeral service community. Known as a 'Relationship Developer,' Blaine believes in building business through trust, genuine connections, and a commitment to customer service. Blaine and his wife, Szabina, are proud to call Lindsay home and enjoy travelling and spending time with their two daughters.

Tucker joined the Northern Casket team in April of 2021 from the Supply Chain and Operations Management program at Durham College, bringing a wealth of knowledge on current business practices. Tucker comes from a long line of entrepreneurs who taught him the value of a good work ethic and superb customer service. He spearheads the purchasing side of Northern's operations and is part of Northern's on-call team. Away from work, Tucker enjoys spending his time surrounded by family and friends.
